I apologize for the confusion and this has since been updated.
The Brophy Heavy Duty Ball Mount # BH40 you were looking at has 4" drop and 2-3/4" rise along with a 10000lb trailer weight rating.
This ball mount uses hitch balls with a 1-1/4" shank so you will need either 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286.
