this in a 2020 montana high country 330 rl . 1000w /60a output but it doesnt have a li/la switch. I am going to install two lion energy safari ut 1300 batteries. will a new converter solve this problem

Yes, by removing your current Converter # PD4560CSV in your Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center # PD4560K18LS8 and replacing it with a Lithium Converter # PD4560LICSV you will be able to safely charge and maintain your new Lithium batteries.

The Progressive Dynamics converter section part #PD4560CSV that you referenced is the correct replacement for what you have now. If you were wanting to go to lithium batteries by chance you'd instead need the #PD4560LICSV.
