Question:
I have a 40 Buick coupe with a 455cu Buick motor, 500hp. Looks like your Derale 25-5/8inch Dual High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan w/ Aluminum Shroud and Vents # D16826, should cool my application just fine. My question is, do you have a thermostatic sender I can install into my intake manifold that will turn one motor on at 160’, and both at 190’ or higher? And if so, what would be the total price of everything, and how long would it take to receive it? Thanks

That's a good question, and while there is a thermostatic fan control that allows you to turn the fan on at the temperature you want, the fans are not able to turn on or be controlled independently. The fan you asked about and its control are the following part numbers:
- Derale 25-5/8" Dual High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan w/ Aluminum Shroud and Vents - 4,000 CFM # D16826
- Derale Dual-Fan Adjustable Fan-Control Thermostat with Push-In Radiator Probe # D16788
The fan control can be adjusted to turn on at your desired temperature anywhere between 150 and 240 degrees, and the way it works is one fan will activate at the temperature you chose, and the second fan will activate once the vehicle water temperature increases by 15 degrees.
