Question:

Anyone tried installing this without a lift/jack? From my quick look under the Pacifica it appears to be installable from the ground.

When the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98903 is installed on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, there is typically only going to be around 12" of clearance from the receiver to the ground (see demonstration video). It may be possible, however, I do not recommend trying to install this receiver without the use of a lift or jack as that would not leave a lot of room to work with and it could be dangerous.

You could use a kit such as 2-Ton Floor Jack with Stands # PTW1605. This comes with a floor jack and two jack stands which would be sufficient for lifting the rear of your vehicle to install the receiver. Then you can use Race Ramps Wheel Chock for Vehicle Service - 4" Tall - Rubber # RR-WC to secure the front wheels in place when lifting the rear.
