Will this fit a 1997 Jeep Wrangler with double tube bumpers on the front. Ill be using this with a Roadmaster Stowmaster 5000. Is this the right one to buy?

Part # RM-521424-4 is the base plate kit for your 1997 Jeep Wrangler, including factory double-tube bumpers, and they will work with a Stowmaster tow bar # RM-501.
