The truck hitch was setting at 27" could not find anything local so off to the web E Trailer was the first place that I went to, to see if they had a drop hitch that would work with the pintel hook that would drop the pintel hook down to 20". sure, enough they had two of the in stock, I ordered them had them ship them to me overnight, received them like promised, customer is happy, Boss is happy.

Excellent product at a great price. Highly recommend both the product and etrailer. The customer service people at etrailer are knowledgeable and understanding and really seem to look out for the customer. AAA+++ Unfortunately for me the mounting plate was too high (my fault) and would damage the tailgate of my truck. I wish Curt would make a plate about 2 inches shorter.
Exactly what I needed to level pulling my military trailer. The pintle hitch bolted to the mounting plate within a few minutes. Now I can get into the back country with my FJ pulling a trailer made possible by the your pintle hitch/mounting plate Combination.
