I bought one of these a few months ago. I put it the hitch recently, and now I cant remove it. The knob spins both right and left

If the knob of the Replacement SpeedKnob and Wedge Assembly for Yakima Bike Racks # 8880508 spins freely that means it is locked. You'd need to insert the change key that came with this into the old lock core from your rack to install it in this wedge so that you can use your actual key to unlock the knob and allow it to turn.
