Is this the right base plate for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler with a flat bumper or u-channel bumper? Im also ordering a Falcon 2 RM 520 to go with it, does all this work? Thanks

The Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit with Removeable Arms # 1420-1 is the correct base plate kit for your 1999 Jeep Wrangler with a U-channel bumper. This base plate kit will work great for you as long as your Wrangler is a left-hand drive/steering model.
The XL Base Plate Kit # 1420-1 will work great with the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520.
