Yes. You could use the Curt Discovery # C84VV on your 2021 Honda Pilot with the plug and play adapter # C51392 to allow for an easier installation that won't require cutting into any wiring. However, the Discovery is a time delayed brake controller, which means that it applied the brakes with the same intensity and with a slight delay in response to the tow vehicle's brakes being pressed. I do typically recommend going with a proportional brake controller, which uses gyroscopes and sensors to apply the trailer brakes with the same intensity as the tow vehicle and there are some economical controllers that would work just as well and not break the bank.
I recommend taking a look at the Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN Trailer Brake Controller # TK63VR which is a proportional controller that will provide you with responsive braking that will help reduce some of the wear and tear on the trailer brakes. You can also use the # 3070-P to give you a plug and play installation on your 2021 Honda Pilot, so you won't have to splice into the vehicle wiring.
If you don't already have a 7 way connector with your 2021 Honda Pilot's tow package wiring, you will need one to tow a trailer with brakes; I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118286 if you need to add a 7 way since it's a plug and play solution.
I've linked a short review and installation video of this controller for you to check out.
