Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit - 22-1/2" - 24" Dually - Hub Mount # WM8004 is designed for 22-1/2" - 24" dual wheels so it will work with your wheels but will stick out further than necessary. We also carry two sets that are for 16" to 19-1/2" wheels, # WM8001-135 for 135 degree bend and # WM8001 for 90 degree bend. The bend you choose for the outer wheel really just comes down to the angle of the valve stem and personal preference.
