The FSN-21-9015 number you provided is actually the part number to the sticker on your Firestone Ride-Rite Helper Springs, and not the model number of the helper spring kit itself.
Since you have a 2014 Ford E-450 there is only two possible kits to have installed, either the Firestone # F22ZR or the Firestone # F2153.
You can tell the difference in these kits by how they are installed, the # F22ZR installs using a U-Bolt that goes around the axle tube, where the # F2153 has bracket straps that go on both sides of the leaf spring to secure the lower mount.
If you have the # F22ZR you can air the helper springs between 5-100 PSI, and if you have the # F2153 you can air the helper springs up between 20-100 PSI. You will want to air up the springs until you notice the rear of your van no longer sagging, and fine tune it up or down within this range until you get the exact ride quality you are looking for.
If you are not sure which kit you have just send me a picture of the helper springs and brackets installed on your van.
Lastly if you do not already have one I recommend adding an on-board air compressor like the Air Command Compressor System # F2610. This kit allows you to adjust the air pressure in both helper springs by your smartphone instead of making you have to manually adjust the air pressure.
I included a few video reviews of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.

I have a 2012 Coachman Freelander 32 BH on a Ford E450 2011 chassis. A blowout on the inner tire destroyed the air spring on that side of the RV. There is a sticker near the air fill fitting on the side of the RV that says: Firestone Ride Rite FSN-21-9015 (no kit number). I see on one of your previous replies that this could be a couple of different kits. I intend to replace both sides. I can tell you by looking at the brackets mounted on the RV it "looks like" the F2153 kit, where the top bracket bolts directly to the side of the frame, and the lower bracket attaches around both sides of the leaf spring. Samuel C references F2153 for a 2014 Freelander even though the website does not show it compatible. So, what Firestone Ride Rite kit... that looks like F2153... would have been put on a 2012 Freelander? Would this kit have required drilling, or would it fit to factory drilled holes in the frame side?
