will these fit onto a 1999 colman sante fe pop up trailer / currently ithas the pull down style?

The Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks, # UF48-979002, will most likely fit your 1999 Coleman Santa Fe pop up. But to be sure you will want to determine if the 3-1/2 inch by 7-1/4 inch base on the jacks is the appropriate size for where you want to mount the jacks. The frame does not have to be exactly this size to accommodate the jacks but you will want enough surface area contact between the jack and frame to safely use the jacks.
