Question:

What size is the right size cover for the 2021 Northwood Nash 17k, which appears to be total length of 22.4foot which assumes an approximate hitch length of 3? My calculations say that the actual body of the trailer, excluding hitch and spare tire would be 19.33. If I am right do I order a 20foot cover?

For your 2021 Northwood Nash 17K you will need the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 20' Long - Gray # 290-52240. This is a confirmed fit for your trailer and is designed for trailers between 18-20' long so you are correct in assuming you will need a 20' cover.

For the Nash 17k (2025), does the info above suggesting a 20 foot cover include the ladder and spare tire? I’m new to this, so the cover only covers the “living” space?

@Alex these are designed to cover the body of the trailer, not the trailer tongue. This does include the ladder and spare on the back. I would check to see what the length of your 2025 Nash 17K is without the tongue. The manufacturer lists it as 22'4" with the hitch, so I'm assuming it is including the tongue which isn't the standard way to measure.
