I reached out to my contact at Ram and he was able to confirm that the correct replacement gear kit for your Ram 2500 Series Side Mount Trailer Jack is the Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks - 5,000 or 7,000 lbs # TJD-7000S-GR.
