I spoke with a representative from Curt and they have not done any fit guide testing on the 2021 Audi SQ7. He also does not have a time table for when they will get the testing done and update their fit guide. However, he did say if you needed a trailer brake controller right away you can use the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Proportional, part # C51180.
