Hi- one of my arms on older sterling roadmaster flat tow bar is nearly impossible to release. Thinking I need to replace springs and mine is labeled No. r. 008734. This part work?

Yes, I confirmed with Roadmaster that the Replacement Spring Kit for Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Towbar # RM910652 will fit the Sterling as well as the Sterling All Terrain tow bars.
