As it looks like you have a Titan model 60 actuator, we definitely have replacements for you.
If you wanted to replace the whole actuator, the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Multi-Fit Ball - Bolt On - 6,000 lbs # T4745720 will be a direct bolt on replacement. However, if you just wanted to replacement master cylinder and shock, you will need the # T4820000 and # T2336200.
For the actual brakes, you have 2 options. If you wanted replace the whole caliper, you will need the # K71-773-02 for the right side and # K71-773-01 for the left side. If you wanted to just replace the pads, you will need the # T4870900. This will replace one axles brake pads as well.
