I do have an option for you, but there is not a version of the CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers # CE27600 you were looking at that is any longer or designed for tandem axle trailers.
Instead you will need to go with the CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers - 24" Long - 1 Pair # CE27660 and install it where ever you can in front and behind your fenders.
