Do I need to take the cylinder out of the plastic case to use the change key?

Expert Reply:
The Universal Change Key # 853-1251 will retract all the teeth on the Lock Cylinder # THLOCKN015. This will allow you to remove the lock from the case. The lock must be in the unlock position for the cylinder to be removed.
