I reached out to my contact at Malone and the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock For Malone Cargo Carries or Bike Racks # MPG2174 is a 1/2" - 13 bolt.

If you are wanting to use this bolt in a rack that isn't made by Malone, you will need to confirm its thread pitch.
