Yes. The Rhino Rack Roof Rack for 2012 Nissan Rogue that uses the parts # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK146 is compatible with your 2012 Nissan Rogue with a naked roof. As long as your kayak carrier can attach to aero/elliptical shaped bars, which most can, you'll be able to carry two 40-lbs kayaks without any issues.
