Question:
I currently have a 2inch shank equal-I-zer hitch for my camper. I bought a new truck that has a 2.5inch hitch that sits quite a bit higher. All the 2.5inch equal-I-zer shanks are out of stock... Can I use another brand such as Reese or Curt with the rest of my current set up? New truck is a ram 3500 with 4inch lift and 35inch tires. I assume I need roughly a 10inch and obviously a 2.5inch shank.

You sure can!
Weight distribution shanks are not brand specific, you will just need to make sure you use a shank that is the same style as there is two different styles.
Based on your picture you will need the # EQ34FR that fits the 2-1/2" receiver on your new Ram 3500 and has 12" drop. The next closest drop available is the # C17132 which has 9-1/4" of drop.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
