Where can I find libbert 1621 5th wheel pin box? Im in need of one to pull my 5th wheel. Please give me any suggestions.

For a standard Lippert 1621 pin box that comes with side brackets the part # LC1387882 that you referenced is what you'd need. If you were looking for a replacement that was cushioned we also have the Flex Air part # LC328492 which cushions vertically and horizontally to smooth out the ride quality.
