Can this be safely ised on my battery for my 2018 armada? Will the repair mode work on the car battery?

Yes the NOCO GENPRO On-Board Battery Charger - AC to DC - Waterproof - 2 Bank - 12V - 20 Amp # NOC64FR you were looking at can be used to charge the battery on your 2018 Nissan Armada, and the repair mode will still work as long as the battery is not too far gone.
With that said since you are only using it on a single battery, you would be better off with the # 329-GENIUS10 as it still will work with your battery, and has the same repair mode you were wanting, but is more cost effective due to it being designed for a single battery.
