Question:
The right wheel locks up after braking. I can release it by opening bleeder valve. What is maddening it is only the right side, left works fine. Actuator appears to travel normally and I can pump the master cylinder to bleed easily. What do you think? Thanks

You may be getting air in the lines or have a wheel cylinder that needs to be replaced. It is also possible that you have the wrong side brake assembly on that right side but since it is only an issue after braking this is probably not the case. There could be something in the brake assembly itself that is getting stuck. I recommend pulling the wheel and drum off to inspect the operation of the brakes, check for any foreign objects that might be causing the malfunction.
If the wheel cylinder is leaking it would be obvious because there would be fluid on the back of the wheel. Since you can operate the actuator easily this could be the issue. It should be difficult to push the actuator in and out manually. If it is going in and out with ease then there is a problem with the actuator.
You would at least need a replacement shock like # T2336200 but could possibly need a new master cylinder, # T4395100, and push rod # T2346300.
