This cargo bag # 988501 would work great. It's a tad bit bigger than your dimensions but that's okay. This is the closest size to what you're needing. I would rather go bigger than smaller because you won't have any unused space on your cargo carrier. The little room that this bag you were looking at # CS34FR would leave some space unused and that's not efficient. We actually ran this through a high pressure car wash and everything on the inside was BONE DRY! That is the most abuse this bag will see which is much more than what mother nature will throw at it.
