Are Longer Shackle Straps Required If Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers Are Taller Than Existing

Question:

I am looking at purchasing the equaflex for a wide axle toyhauler and it appears that it will be a inch and a quarter higher than the existing equalizer, will I need longer shackles as well?

The difference in height between the old equalizers and the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers part # LC279687 won't create a need for longer shackle straps. It may raise or drop the trailer slightly but that will be about all that is different. The important part is that the distance between the bolt holes left to right is the same or very close.
