I have a solution for you, but we do not offer that particular size of the backing plates for etrailer Trailer Fenders. However, you can use the Backing Plate for Tandem Axle Trailer Fender - Steel - 69" x 12" # HP72FR and cut to the size you need. This backing plate is made from 16 gauge steel, so you could cut this with a hand shear in most cases.
