When installing the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Multi Zone - 13,500 Btu - White # FR37FJ on your 1999 Fleetwood RV you should be able to use your existing electrical wiring from your previous system to power the rooftop and air distribution boxes. The wiring should be minimum 12AWG to properly carry the load to your units. The thermostat is a 4-wire installation (power, ground, communication wire A, communication wire B) Depending on the system you already have in place you may only have a power and ground and will need to run the two communication wires.

This system has the following power requirements:

Air conditioners: 115V, 60Hz
Air distribution boxes: 115V AC/12V DC, 60Hz
Multi zone wall thermostat: 12V DC
Multi zone controllers: 115V AC/12V DC, 60Hz

If you find you aren't receiving enough power at each unit you may be experiencing a voltage drop due to the length the wire is travelling. This can be solved by using a thicker gauge wire. I've attached a chart to help you determine the what gauge you'll need.

I've attached a video where David will walk you through installing one of the single zone systems to help you with this install.
