My 2021 Tiguan DOESNT have the bolts or the welded nuts in the frame to attach a hitch. What size carriage bolts would I have to buy to install a hitch and do you sell them? I would imagine I would need a bolt fishing wire and the frame blocks as well.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13381 includes the carriage bolts, square spacers, conical spacers, hex nut and pull wires that you need to install the receiver on your 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan. These parts are all included with every hitch as there is not a separate option for models with the existing bolt holes.
If you have lost the hardware the Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK can be acquired. You will need the manufacturer of the receiver and part number when ordering.
