Question:
I have a half ton 2014 Ram 1500 four by four w/ a 5ft 6in bed and factory 2" hitch. I have a pop-up slide in truck camper that weights 1400 lb. I need a hitch that extends 28 inches w/ 200 lb tongue weight

I may have an option for you, but there is not a hitch extender that measures at least 28" that will work with the 2" trailer hitch receiver on your 2014 Ram 1500.
With that said you could use the longest available adapter, the Curt Extender for 2" Receivers -18" Long # C45796, with an extra long ball mount, the Curt Class III Drawbar - 2" Rise - 4" Drop - 13" Long - 7,500 lbs # C45270. This ball mount measures 13" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole, so that would give you 31" of extension.
Now using an extender like the # C45796 reduces the capacities of your trailer hitch receiver by 50%, and will only have a max of 350lbs tongue weight and 3500lbs trailer weight, but your hitch should be rated more than enough to be able to tow your trailer with 200lb tongue weight.
I do recommend using the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer # e99007 on the extender where it goes into the trailer hitch receiver, and on the ball mount where it goes into the extender to eliminate as much movement as possible.
The only other think you will need is a hitch ball to match the coupler on your trailer, the 1-7/8" hitch ball # C40017, or 2" hitch ball # 40038.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
