Question:
When I push auto level the 5th wheel starts to level then it throws a code lf or rtf error or it gets all the way to level and reads a jack out of range instead of successful would the problem be in the touch pad or controller. any help would be appreciated.

I checked with Lippert, and the error like the LF error you are getting on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 - 4-Point Set # LC358590 is typically caused by a wiring interruption. So according to them, you'll want to check the harness connections at your controller as well as the jack to see if they are fully seated and for any damage, and also check the fuses at the controller.
Otherwise, should there be damage on either you will need replacements (depending on what is damaged):
- Replacement 4-Point Controller for Lippert Ground Control 2.0 Electric Leveling System # LC242623
- Replacement Lead Leg for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC305340
I have added links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
