Not all flat-towable vehicle are manual transmission versions of vehicles. In general manual transmission vehicles are more often flat towable than automatic transmission vehicle.
If you check the owner manual of any vehicle you will see the flat towing procedures and what versions of the vehicle that can be flat-towed.
