I have a Hollywood Sports Rider SE2 bike rack.. I also have a bike cover that goes cover the bike on the rack. It blocks the taillights and actually extends below the rack. Are there tail lights that I can hook up that hang over the bike/bike cover or do you have any other idea

I recommend using the LED Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, Pro Series, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers # 98174LED paired with the Trailer Light Mounting Bracket for 6-1/2" Oval Trailer Lights, Steel - Black Powder Coat # BK70BB on your Hollywood Racks SportRider. You can mount the brackets to the arms using some zip ties or self tapping screws, and then connect right to the 4 way connector on your 2021 Subaru Outback Wagon.
