Question:
Will this front receiver hitch mount to a 2002 F250 4x4 with Rough Country 2inch leaf block leveling kit? Please see attached photos. Thanks

Yes, you will be able to use the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31014 on your 2002 Ford F-250 4x4. Your Rough Country 2" leveling kit does not modify the area that the mounting brackets for the Curt receiver uses, it simply adds a lift block between the factory leaf spring and the axle.
The Curt brackets will slide onto the leaf spring bolts and also bolt onto the front blocker beam. Be sure not to remove the leaf spring bolts as only the nuts are required to be removed for the bracket to slide on.
