Question:

2000 F250 super duty ext cab 4X4 with factory two hooks. what make and model hitches will fit this vehicle. i dont think i have a blocker bar. i think the tow hooks affect which hitch to buy

If you do not have the blocker bar or sub-bumper behind the air dam, the Draw-Tite # 65022 would a good choice for your 2000 F250.

According to the installation instructions, the tow hooks are temporarily removed but are re-installed later in the process.

The Curt front mount receiver, part # 31114 will also work. It is nearly identical and would install in the same manner.

I have provided a photo showing what the receiver would look like once installed.
