Question:
Do you have a picture of this product installed on a 1999 F350 or similar vehicle? I am trying to understand where the receiver tube exits the front area of the vehicle. The C31114 looks like it exits through an existing area in the front plastic. The C31014 looks like it would exit at an area below the plastics.

The difference between the Curt Hitch # C31014 and Curt Hitch # 31114 is that the # C31014 is designed for vehicles with blocker beams and the # 31114 is designed for vehicles without the blocker beam.
You will want to look under the front end of your 1999 Ford F350 to see if you have a blocker beam and order the correct front hitch for your vehicle. If you get under the front of your vehicle and see an L-shaped bracket attached to a beam that runs from one frame rail to the other you have the blocker beam. Check out the picture I attached that shows what the beam will look like.
Either way the front mount hitch will exit the front of the truck in the same general area.
