Im looking for an under bumper front hitch for my 2001 f350 to connect a motorcycle rack. Which one?

Two designs of front mounted hitch are available for the 2001 Ford F350. One mounts to the front of the frame members, and the receiver tube would extend through the bumper like the Draw-Tite # 65022 or the Curt # 31114. These hitches only fit vehicles without a secondary bumper or blocker beam.

The other hitch, the Curt # C31014 mounts under the bumper. The Curt hitch will only fit certain vehicles, those that have the blocker beam located behind the air dam. I'll link you to the install instructions, which shows what the blocker beam looks like, so you can determine which front hitch is a fit for your vehicle.

The Draw-Tite # 65022 has a vertical load limit of 350 lbs, and the Curt # 31114 and # C31014 have a higher vertical load capacity of 500 lbs. You'll want to make sure that the weight of the motorcycle and the carrier doesn't exceed the vertical load limit of the hitch.

Also, please be aware that carrying cargo with your front hitch can block the headlights and the airflow to the radiator, which can cause the vehicle to overheat. The driver's view can also be impeded.
