The oil seal for this kit - does it work for oil baths or only for greased wheels?

The seals included in the Bearing Kit # BK3-200 you were looking at are only designed for hubs that use grease.
If your hubs are oil bath you will need to go with two of the Unitized Oil Seal for Trailer Hubs # 10-63 instead.
