How can I locate problem with black power wire on ford brake control harnes? I have no power on black wire.

The first thing I would do is to check the ground wire. Make sure the ground wire is connected and a good ground (attached to bare metal, clean of paint). If the ground is good to go, then you can look at running a new black power wire. You would cut the black wire fairly close to the brake controller, splice in your new wire and run it to a direct power source (the battery). Deka Jacketed 2 Wire # 10-2-1 is available by the foot if you need wire, it gives you the black (power) wire and white (ground) wire. If you only end up needing one of the wires you can use 10 Gauge Primary Wire # 10-1-1. Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector # DW05745-5 are also available to assist you in splicing in the new wire(s).
