Though the Rack'Em Trailer Dolly # RA20 does come with a 1-7/8" ball, there will actually be no issues using it with a larger coupler, like a 2-5/16" one. As you will not be moving with any kind of speed that will cause it to need to be locked down, you do not need to up the size of the ball.
It should also be noted that the # RA20 is only rated up to 500 pounds. From what I could find out, the Airstream Bambi 16 weighs over 2,800 pounds unloaded, depending on how it is equipped.
