Question:

Is AT94023 the Dometic replacement for Atwood GCH10A-4E ? If yes, what is the AT94023 availability? Thanks,

The AT94023 is the correct replacement but unfortunately all Atwood water heater units are currently unavailable but I do recommend the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 60,000 BTU - 16" x 16" Door Item # FR98SR instead. It has similar dimensions at 12-5/8L x 12-13/16W x 19-3/16D so you'll need to make slight alterations to your cutout hole to fill in the gap but the performance output of this unit will be worth the work. The on-demand hot water and ability to set the temperature to a specific degree instead of the old fashioned arrow knob will make camping much more enjoyable.

The # FR98SR has the following requirements to properly operate:

12VDC Power Input.

7.2-65PSI water Pressure (40-50PSI recommended). I recommend using a water pressure regulator like # CAM40064 to ensure proper water pressure.

11" WC - 14" WC (13" WC recommended). I recommend having a licensed technician check your pressure and adjust your regulator accordingly to ensure proper gas pressure.
