A common faucet option in travel trailers such as yours is the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet, # LC719325. This is made by Lippert who is a supplier to OEM's. This may be similar to what you have. The Flow Max, # LC719325 does have the ability to replace the cartridge, which is a common cause for dripping faucets. Lippert uses the type-A (Lippert part Number, 2021025928) for this faucet. This is an easy DIY install, I suggest a replacement of the current faucet with the Flow Max if you cannot resolve with replacement of cartridge.
Please note the link to other options for faucet replacement.
