I have another option for you, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13900 you were looking at is not confirmed to fit your 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk.

Instead I recommend the Curt # C13363 as it was made specifically for your vehicle, and is confirmed to fit. This hitch has a 600lb tongue weight rating and 4000lb trailer weight rating so it is a great option for carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or even a ball mount for towing a trailer.

If you are planning on towing a trailer you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56369 and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900.
