Although the # C16424-104 bracket/rail kit won't fit your 2004 Ford F-250, we do offer kits that will. I'd recommend a no-drill option like # RP50082-58 Reese fifth wheel install kit which works with industry standard bed rail compatible hitches from Reese, Draw-Tite, Curt, Demco, B&W, Husky, Valley and others.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector wire up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # 50-97-410.
