Question:
I want to use the factory mounting holes on the roof and install grips/eyebolts/clamps or something similar to securely attach a tarp to for camping. I dont need a whole roof rack system. What would you suggest to create a watertight attachment points? Thanks.

We don't offer anything purpose built for what you're wanting to achieve I'm sorry to say, but I WAS able to find out that the fixed mounting points on your roof accept an M8 bolt. So, if you can find an 8mm eyebolt at your local hardware store it'll fit in the threaded fixed mounting point on the roof of your 2016 Ford Transit. To install the bolts, you'll need to remove the protective plastic caps and put them someplace safe so you can replace them after the eyebolts are removed. The mounting points don't go all the way through the roof, so they're already wateertight.
