Question:
That picture looks like the rack top straps are hooked onto the rear glass. That seems risky with a 63 pound electric bike.

I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634 does not have enough weight capacity to fit your 63-pound bike. The per-bike weight capacity of the FullBack 2 is 35 pounds.
With that amount of weight, the best route is a hitch-mounted bike rack. I recommend the RockyMounts Monorail - 2" # RKY10004 or the 1-1/4" version # RKY10003. The good thing about the MonoRail is that it secures your bike by the tires. This eliminates the need for a bike adapter bar like the Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO is you have a step-through or an alternative style bike frame. As far as weight capacity, the TRS has a per-bike maximum weight capacity of 65 pounds.
If you need a hitch receiver recommendation that is compatible with the MonoRail, I would happy to assist you if you provide the year/make/model of your vehicle.
