I have a few different trailer hitch options for a 1993 Chevy K3500. In order to choose the correct one you'll need to first determine if you have a cab and chassis model or a standard pickup. If you have a cab and chassis then you'll need to use the Curt 3-Piece Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15511 but if not I simply recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15317 which is for standard pickup models.
Unfortunately, the flanges of these hitch can be reversed and the mounting holes are not the same width front to back so measuring would not be the best way to determine compatibility in this case. The majority of the mounting holes must be drilled by the end user anyhow.
