Question:

Looks like the trailer hitch will be located very low due to the bumper. Correct? Should I look at replacing the trim piece on the lower part of the bumper?

The etrailer hitch item # e95ZR you selected for your 2020 Hyundai Palisade will extend below the trim piece on your bumper. Doing this would not require removing or modifying of any trim.

If you're looking to conceal the hitch while it is not in use I recommend installing a Stealth Hitch. We have 2 options depending on what you're planning to use the hitch for.
