Will the Inno Tire Hold rack work with an ebike that has both front and rear fenders?

Since the Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack # INH120 only grabs the very front and very rear of the tires/wheels so as long as your e-bike has shorter fenders this would work great.
If you have larger fenders you'd need a bike rack that grabs the bike by the frame like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 instead. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
